Bayless goes to the Pacers

It was a long wait for Arizona guard Jerryd Bayless. He lasted until the 11th pick and winds up in Indiana, where the Pacers obtained another point guard, Toronto’s T.J. Ford, in a trade yesterday.
Teams looking for a point guard take note, Jamaal Tinsley is now on the block. But don’t expect the Suns to kick those tires; the guy makes $6.7 million, $7.2 million and $7.5 million over the next three seasons. He’s going to be hard to move.
Everything is shaping up for the Suns. Sacramento, Portland and Golden State don’t figure to be interested in Robin Lopez, so the field is likely clear for the projected backup to Shaquille O’Neal in the post.
